  I'm known as a fussy snob when it comes to my espresso. I travel a lot and this is one of the best I've had ever. Great crema fantastic oils on my lips and dark instead of the silly trend to lighter more acidic roasts for espresso. I found this cafe by accident and it is now a regular stop for me in my travels.

  Of the many places we stopped at during our Canadian adventure, Sissiboo was one of our favorites! The coffee was excellent, the service warm and friendly, and even the locals in the shop were welcoming and a joy to talk to. Can't recommend a stop here enough! You won't regret it!

  John and Erin are warm and sweet owners who welcomed us to a tour of their roasting facility behind the storefront in Bear River. They have put thought and intention into every picture and word on each bag! They use Sissiboo Coffee Roaster Cafe as a location to bring the community together, and in doing so have become a hub of the town. At then end of our time with John and Erin, we left feeling honored to have glimpsed into the life of Bear River. Oh, and the coffee? Fantastic.

  The cappuccino is terrific. I found the espresso somewhat sour, very likely as a result of the particular roasting. I didn't care for it.
